A reminder for some, a new notice for others. Our pre-trip departure planning meeting will be held at Bull Falls in the Party Room. It is important that at least one member of a party attend the meeting. We will be handing out travel packets, day-by-day itineraries, flight and airport busing confirmations, luggage tags. and other related travel information, as well as Q & A. Free refreshments will be available. If you are unable to attend, please notify us for arrangements to pick up your packets the Monday following.
